Now, we are pleased to announce that Yoshitsugu Shitaka, CScO of Astellas Pharma Inc., was appointed Chairperson and Representative Director at the Board of Directors meeting held after General Meeting on June 19, 2023.
We also announce that Ken-ichiro Hata, who has served as Chairperson and Representative Director for four years across two terms, was appointed Vice Chairperson and Representative Director.
